Warranty Service Procedure

As a principle, our company provides delivery-based warranty service.
If a customer is unable to get a relevant product delivered to our service team on account of
the personal conditions, call-out service can be provided.
In this case, the cost for call-out service should be paid by the customer.

Product Delivery Cost

1. Delivery Cost
  • When a relevant product is delivered to our customer service team within free warranty service period
    - the cost is paid by customer side one way.
  • When a relevant product is delivered to our customer service team out of free warranty service period
    - the cost is paid by customer side both ways.
2. Exception
  • - If no defect is found in a relevant product, or if a relevant product is damaged by customer’s mistake or
    force majeure, all cost should be paid by customer.
  • - If a relevant product is replaced or refunded by customer’s simple change of mind, all cost should be paid
    by customer.

Free warranty service period is 12 months (1 year). Products out of free warranty service period If the same failure occurs after repair, the warranty period is 6 months..
Based on the date of customer’s product purchase,
if the invoice related to product purchase is lost, the
date of our company’s product delivery (S/N) is used
as a criterion. (If there is a separate contract criterion
on contract, the criterion is put first.)
System problems caused by force majeure System failure by lightning, floods, earth quake,
and other natural disasters
Customer’s mistake, disassembly not defined,
reassembly, remodeling, modification,
intentional impact on product
Wrong power supply
· If there are problems with performance and
functions in normal state within free warranty service
period, free repair is provided basically.
A) If the same failure occurs after repair,
the warranty period is 6 months.
B) Warranty service period of product
(for free or at a cost) is 3 years.
Failure by the problems with connected devices and peripheral devices, and by power abnormality If the problem raised by customer is not found in
the relevant product
Even in free warranty service period, if there are problems caused by other matters than those defined for warranty service, relevant repair cost is requested in accordance with the rules of warranty service at a cost. Expendables - applies warranty service rules of
relevant manufacturers

Criteria of service rate calculation

The basic elements of service rate calculation are components cost and technical service fee. Also, other costs occurring
according to service conditions, such as call-out service, can be included in the service rate
